How to complete your application

1. Please download and read the “BEFORE YOU BEGIN” information to find out what documents you MUST bring with your application. If all required documents are not supplied, your application cannot be lodged at Australia Post.
   
   
   
   
2. Complete the form using your computer, and then print it using ONLY the “validate and print” button on the last page.
   
   PLEASE NOTE: So that we are able to append your unique application number to the form, it is necessary for your computer to connect with our server. A security warning as illustrated below will prompt for your permission. Please select “Allow”.
   
   
   
   
3. You MUST complete all the mandatory fields marked with an * on the form. If these fields are not completed, the form will not print correctly.
   
   
4. Once you have printed the form you MUST NOT sign the declaration until you visit Australia Post.
   
   
5. Present the printed form with ALL the documents required and your payment to a participating Australia Post outlet.
   
   NOTE: Changes or additions to the printed form details CANNOT be accepted. The form must be completed and printed again if there are any changes required.
